[Fantasy] Time

Time is everything. Without it this world would nothing but people wondering around with no sense of life. Sad how everything is counted down to the minutes on some big shiny thing we normally hang on walls and only look at when we feel the need to know the time. But did anyone ever put any thought into who might...control all that time? The ones who might live on for much, much longer then any other being simply so they can keep the world in balance, keep time flowing as it should. They hold power to completely control everything yet they sit back and watch the human race waste their lives watching clocks and counting down what time they have on the earth, not giving a second thought to the time their just wasting. 

But what if some of the watchers get sick and tired of watching the humans waste such moments, sick of watching the wars and all the endless fighting going on. What happens when a time war breaks out, things going out of control. Past events being erased or altered but the people remember them as they once where? What will happen to the people of earth as they are forced into the middle of a war. The ones who wish to change everything, use their great powers to rule over the humans and all other life forms out there against the ones who wish for the peace, things to remain as they are now. Days ticking past and humans living on in sweet ignorant bliss?
