A character sheet is the beginning of any new RP, or even an existing one that is still recruiting people. It typically consists of key characteristics for your character.
A generic CS looks like this:
Name: It can be first and last name or just first.
Age: Make sure that the age is appropriate for the type of RP, i.e. fantasy creatures may have thousands of years on them while a normal human may only last until the ~70s - 90s.
Biography/Historical Background:This is the information that makes your character who they are. Try to create events that would explain their personality traits, abilities, etc.
Personality: Please try to explain the personality better than a few words like: shy, loving, caring. You can go as far as to say that your character frequently checks his pocket watch due to impatience or simply from boredom.
Appearance: You can create your character however you want to. Be wary that some GMs, or Game Masters (owners of the RP), make ask you to also provide pictures AS WELL AS a thorough description to fully grasp the character's appearance.
CS's can be more complex depending on the need and caliber of the RP itself or as simple as the example provided.
